About The Studio
The Studio has 3 different rooms for filming, as well as a workshop space, and other amenities available in the building. Your reservation includes the use of all of these spaces.
Room A
The first room is the largest, and is painted black on all 4 walls. This space is ideal for larger sets, or scenes that require space to move around.
Room B
Room B is our white room, which is an ideal blank canvas for creating a scene in an office, bedroom, hospital, art gallery, or whatever else you may dream up!
Room C
The last room is a smaller, more narrow black room that is great for a portrait setup, or for shooting a scene that requires a tighter space. It can also be used as a green room or break room while filming in the other rooms.
Workshop
The Studio also has a workshop space that can be used for building sets, to avoid getting sawdust, paint, etc. in the filming spaces. The workshop has doors that open into Rooms B and C (Room A can be accessed through Room B), and a large gate where materials can be brought in from the loading dock without having to go through the filming spaces.
Amenities
The Studio is located in the South Hill Business Campus, which contains several other amenities and shared spaces that are available for use. These include:

• Restrooms located across the hall
• A painters' sink to avoid making a mess in the bathroom sinks
• A loading dock with a ramp
• Separate dumpsters for trash, recycling, construction materials, and metal recycling
