Chiara Giannantonio

Event Coordinator

My name is Chiara Giannantonio, and I’m a sophomore Film BFA major with a minor in Politics. I’m originally from Italy and also spent two years living in Armenia. At Ithaca College, I work with equipment at PPECS, serve as a teaching assistant in the World Languages Department, and am president of the IC Italian Club. Since I’m passionate about journalism, I also take part in ICTV shows as an international correspondent and assistant producer. Outside of film, I love traveling and live in different places around the world, learning new languages and meeting all kinds of people. As an Event Coordinator for Park Productions, I look forward to combining my organizational skills and passion for film to help bring an outstanding edition of the Ithaca Film Festival to life this spring. On set, I often work as an Assistant Director, though for my personal projects I enjoy being behind the camera as a cinematographer and collaborating with the camera department.
