Rodrigo Bellot
Rodrigo Bellot graduated from Ithaca College in 2002. He wrote and directed the critically acclaimed feature "Sexual Dependency," which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival and won the Grand Prix del Festival from the Locarno International Film Festival. Working with a student crew from Ithaca College and three professionals, he recently wrapped his third feature as a director. Titled "Perfidia," the film stars Gonzalo Valenzuela and premiered at the Miami International Film Festival.
Changhee Chun
Changhee Chun is a director and director of photography who has completed production on several feature films for major Korean production companies. He has also created television documentaries, commericals, and music videos. He is an Associate Professor of Cinema & Photography at Ithaca College. He was recently director of photography on an episode of "Uncorked."
Bestor Cram
Bestor Cram has worked as a director, producer, and cinematographer for nearly 20 years. He founded the premiere documentary production company, Northern Lights, in 1982. He has produced a range of work, from broadcast documentaries to historical, dramatic and educational media. Bestor Cram's work has won many grants, awards, and prizes. In 2001, his independent film "Unfinished Symphony" premiered at Sundance in the Documentary Competition and won top honors at film festivals around the world.
Slawomir Grunberg
Slawomir Grunberg's documentaries have appeared on PBS's POV, Frontline, NOVA, American Experience, and also HBO. He is an Emmy Award-winning producer and Guggenheim Fellow and was the director of photography on the Academy Award-nominated documentary feature, "Legacy."
Cynthia Henderson
Cynthia is an associate professor in Ithaca College's Department of Theatre Arts. A professional actor since 1985 in the U.S., Europe and Africa Cynthia has performed on stage as well as in film and television. She is the founder of Performing Arts for Social Change which is now a strategic initiative of the Center for Transformative Action at Cornell University. Her work in the area of social justice has earned her the CSPA of New York State's award for "Outstanding Contribution to Social Justice." She was also cited at the 2008 NYS Women's Expo as one the "20 Outstanding Women You Should Know" in Central NY. She is currently directing episodes of "Uncorked."
Jason Longo
Jason Longo (B.F.A. 1994, Ithaca College) has worked as a cameraman, editor and sound recordist on over 25 documentaries. His credits include: for Nova "Science of Murder," for PBS/Frontline "My Retirement Dreams," and for PBS/POV "School Prayer: A Community at War," which won a National Emmy. He is currently working on a series for the Discovery Channel. Students frequently work with Jason on projects for Park Productions.
Alex Perialas
Alex Perialas is an audio engineer, mixer, and record producer best known for his extensive work with thrash metal, hardcore punk, groove metal, and hip-hop/rock bands. He is an Assistant Professor in Music Theory, History, and Composition at Ithaca College. He is working with Park Productions on "Performing the Score."
Ron Riddle
Ron Riddle is a music composer who has scored many films and television shows for acclaimed broadcasters, such as National Geographic, CBS, Discovery, Disney, and more. His very diverse musical past includes touring as the drummer for the rock band Blue Oyster Cult. He recently composed music for Park Production's "Truth and Consequence" documentary.
Karen Rodriguez
As well as producing her own films and videos, Karen worked in the film industry for six years. She gained valuable experience as a camera assistant and union grip and lighting technician while working on a wide variety of productions. With this experience, she is able to give students a distinct background in the craft of media production that will facilitate their ability to express their visions and ideas through light, color, shape and movement. She is currently directing the Park Productions' "Performing the Score."
John Scott
Scott has won eleven awards and multiple glowing reviews and distinctions as an independent filmmaker and television producer. He has directed fourteen independent projects including one feature-length documentary called Scouts Are Cancelled. Scouts debuted at the Hot Docs Documentary Film Festival in Toronto in 2007 and has aired multiple times on the Documentary Channel in Canada. Before becoming a professor, Scott worked as field producer at The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) with a consumer and media advocacy show for teens called Street Cents. John is currently working as editor on "Performing the Score."
Tom Swartwout
Tom Swartwout is an editor whose most recent work includes the feature "Before The Devil Knows You're Dead" directed by Sidney Lumet. He is working with Park Productions on "Truth and Consequence."
